If you do not get a letter but you think you’re eligible, check if you need to make a claim.

Park Home Insurance.Make sure you thoroughly read your renewal policy, Park Home Assist have added instructions regarding leaving your home empty. They also mention the amendment relates to mains gas homes. In the light of recycling food waste it would be prudent to make sure your insurance includes rodent infestation too.

Park Home Owners JUSTICE Campaign.
Due to the high inflation rates – PHOJC saw an opportunity to challenge the Universities Report on the 10% Commission charge (which certainly did not look good for park home residents).
The production of new figures by PHOJC team member David Iles, has certainly shown the windfall that site owners have received and provided the ammunition needed to question the report. PHOJC is taking this forward to help all park home residents.
The rally, presentation to Downing Street and meeting in the Palace of Westminster will take place on Monday September 18th 2023.
We will meet at Downing Street with our Campaign Banners at 11.00am
Between 12:30 and 1:30pm there will be a meeting in Committee Room 9 in The Palace of Westminster – where you can have your say.

Royal Assent 2023
The Mobile Homes (Pitch fees) bill was granted Royal Assent yesterday 2nd May 2023 (14.37 hrs) and becomes law in 2 months on 3rd July 2023. All pitch fee review notices (England) issued on or after that date must use CPI, not RPI in their calculations
