Resurfacing Entrance
Liaised with holiday site owners and residential site owners on behalf of residents, re tarmac resurfacing for the main entrance. Completed.

Resident's Notice Board and Post for Road Signs

The Committee approached local businesses and asked for their help towards obtaining a New Notice Board and replacement post for our road direction signs. A big thank you to 'Travis Perkins Callington' who kindly supplied the posts and cuprinol to paint them with. 'Central Motors', 'Nick's Domestic Repairs', and the Late John Pote of 'John Pote Garden Services', all helped by kindly donating towards the cost; enabling the Committee to buy a magnetic Notice Board with their donations. Road Calming Scheme

2019-2020
The
Committee with help from Councillor Kirk and Calstock Parish Council
worked together to make our lane safer by successfully obtained funding
for a traffic calming scheme. The scheme was installed by Cornwall
Highways and Maintenance.

Bus Shelter
2017-2018
The
Committee with the help of Vice Chairman Councillor Kate Latham of
Calstock Parish Council obtained a much needed bus shelter. Residents
can now be sheltered from the weather whilst waiting for a bus instead
of having to stand in the mud under trees dripping water.
